Return Period

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

After this period, we are unable to accept returns.

Return Costs

• Damaged or defective product: If you receive a faulty item, we will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.
• Change of mind: If you wish to return an item for personal reasons, the return shipping costs will be your responsibility and will be deducted from the refund amount.
• No hidden fees: We do not charge any additional administrative fees for handling returns.

How to Return a Product

1. Email us at info@freakspell.com, including your order number and the reason for your return.
2. We will send you detailed instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.
3. Prepare the package: the item must be unused, in its original condition, with its packaging and all accessories included.

Product Exchanges

You can request an exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided the product:

• Has not been used
• Is not damaged
• Is returned in its original condition

Contact us by email with your order number and the variant you wish to exchange for. We will guide you through the process.

Return Conditions

• Change of mind: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
• Defective product: If the item is damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery, attaching photos. In this case, we cover all costs and will offer a replacement or a full refund.
• Incorrect item: If you received the wrong item, inform us as soon as possible. We will cover the return shipping and send the correct product at no additional cost.
• Lost order: If your order is lost during transit, we will open an investigation with DHL. You will receive either a replacement shipment or a full refund.

Non-Refundable Items

• Custom or made-to-order products.

Order Cancellation

• Before shipment: You may cancel your order without penalty if it has not yet been dispatched.
• After shipment: You must follow the return process once the order has been delivered.

Refund Timeframes

• Return notification: Within 14 days after receiving the returned product.
• Processing: Once the item has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued within 7 business days.
